A beautiful non-smoking 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment. It is situated on a well maintained quiet complex on Golf Del Sur. The apartment has a great sea view from a good size terrace. The complex has 2 pools, the largest of which is heated. There is also an excellent diving shop on site. The San Blas centre, with it´s numerous shops, bars and restaurants, is a 5 minute walk away.
Terrazas de la Paz is a peaceful private gated community with security cameras for piece-of-mind. There are a few residents on site too that can assist with any queries.
Our cleaner will prepare the well-equipped apartment for you ready for your arrival. You'll have a large TV with the main UK channels, over 500 films on demand, Wi-Fi and AIRCON in the bedroom. All rooms have ceiling fans too.
Sit on the large balcony, or chill around the quiet pool area. If you want a bit more going on then take a 5 minute stroll to San Blas village where you will find bars, restaurants and shops for every desire you have.

Lovely spacious apartment with fabulous sea views, feels very much like home from home. A very relaxing place to stay. Close to all amenities, bus stop right outside the complex for exploring. Great restaurant on site and more very close by. Thank you to host Gary for arranging for tea/coffee to be available on arrival, most appreciated.
It has every thing you need for a holiday. The bedroom is really comfortable and has air conditioning.
The lounge and kitchen area is spacious. We felt very much at home there, I especially loved the balcony and view.
I would definitely recommend a stay here and look forward to my return.

The apartment is contemporary, comfortable and clean. It had everything that you need for an enjoyable stay. A highlight is definitely waking up to the stunning sea views every morning. We would definitely recommend and will be booking again soon.
Spent a lovely 2 months in this spacious apartment with lovely sea views and a good sized balcony to enjoy them from, especially in the morning with the great sunrises.
Apartment close to all amenities and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lovely walk to the next town of Los Abrigos which also has plenty of restaurants.

Clean and well maintained to a very high standard which I have become accustomed to staying here; Will always be coming back as the views from the spacious balcony are spectacular and its home from home.
A non-refundable £50 booking fee per week is required at point of booking with the remaining balance paid 6 weeks before date. You will then receive the welcome digital pack with all required information about your stay and the apartment.
There is a check in time of 17:00 on arrival and a checkout time of 10:00 on departure, if you do not want to have time constraints on arrival and departure then you will be charged for the additional day!
